Fil Strycharek is a Sales Consultant, Sr. Partner, and Top Producer at Vantage West Realty. He specializes in luxury sales, first-time purchases, and real estate portfolio management – all while acting as a mentor for new agents in our office. Fil moved to Kelowna from Europe at the ripe age of 1 and still calls the Okanagan home almost 40 years later. When he’s not working, he loves travelling the globe, sampling local wineries and restaurants, and getting outdoors with his wife and two young boys for hiking, beaching, or snowboarding trips throughout the Okanagan.
